I run two seminar series at the ITP, "Grafiti" and "Quist", with Igor Khavkine co-organizing the latter.

Grafiti ("Gravity and Fields Tea") hosts a mixture of internal and external speakers on a variety of topics relating to research done in the Quantum Gravity, Strings and Elementary Particles program. Every member of the program, including advanced PhD students, is encouraged to talk at least once a year about her or his research work. Grafiti takes place every Monday at 2 pm in room MG 401. The preferred form of presentation is that of a blackboard talk.

Quist ("Quantum Issues in Space-Time") is more focussed on the subject of quantum gravity proper. Its format is more flexible, and ranges from discussion meetings on a specific topic or article to formal seminar talks. Quist's time slot is Thursdays at 3:30 pm and the venue is room MG 401.
