I am a staff member (docent/onderzoeker) at the Astronomical Institute, Utrecht University in The Netherlands. My research interests are in the fields of stellar evolution, binary stars and nucleosynthesis.

Research:

Incomplete publication list, with links to abstracts, figures and (p)reprints.
The evolution of stars in dense stellar systems (such as globular clusters and young dense clusters).
I am involved in modelling this in the context of the MODEST collaboration, in particular the MODEST working group on stellar evolution.
