Description:
We study the detection of coherent motion in spatio-temporally modulated randomly
structured fields. We systematically vary both the spatio-temporal parameters
as well as the average luminance. Thus the threshold will be influenced by
both artificially superimposed and the intrinsic photon shot noise.
